I am a provider for Medicare, CareFirst Blue Cross Blue Shield and Cigna insurance plans. I am an out of network provider for United Healthcare. If you are not a member of Medicare, Carefirst or Cigna, I can provide you with a receipt so that you can submit it for out of network coverage or pay using your HSA account.
